Sara Cumani from Fittocks Stud recently approached Lord Knows about new branding and a website. They had an existing logo and racing colours which were yellow and blue.
We wanted to incorporate a horse into the logos icon to show instantly what Fittocks Stud are about and after sketching horses and also the letter F for Fittocks we managed to include the head of a horse in the negative space like so.
Next we looked at the colours for the logo and brand. We used the beige colour associated with Luca Cumani and made the blue darker to compliment it. After we selected the final colours we tweaked the shape of the F icon and selected the font for the text part of the logo to create the final logo which you can see here.
Finally we created the brand guidelines which will be used for signage, clothing and stationery. The website is currentl;y under construction.
